Our Policies
Half Pigeon is a space for focused, uninterrupted practice. We ask everyone who enters to help protect that environment.
Shoes are removed at the entrance.
Phones and other devices stay outside the practice room. This is time set aside to step away from distraction and return to presence.
Please arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in without rushing. If you enter after class has begun, do so quietly and with awareness of those already practicing.
These simple agreements help us maintain a room that feels welcoming, respectful, and grounded for everyone.
When you reserve a space in class, that spot is held for you.
If your plans change, please cancel your reservation at least three hours before class begins. This allows someone else the opportunity to practice.
Cancellations made within three hours of the start time will incur a $15 late cancellation fee.
All adjustments and fees are processed automatically through our booking system. Cancellations must be completed through the website where the reservation was made.
No credit or refund is available if you fail to early-cancel.
Class Cancellation
If you reserve a class and do not attend without canceling, a $15 no-show fee will be applied.
Holding a space in class is a commitment. When one person does not show, another person may miss the opportunity to practice.
If an unexpected situation arises, we encourage you to reach out. Our intention is accountability and fairness while maintaining respect for the community as a whole.
