Half Pigeon isn’t a pose you “get right.” It’s a place you breathe through what’s tight, stay with what’s uncomfortable, and learn how to come back to yourself. That’s what we’re building: a studio that doesn’t ask you to be perfect, only present.

What You Can Expect

A studio designed for depth, without heaviness. You’ll find classes that are powerful, light and intentional. Teachers who practice dropping their ego when they enter the space, so they can hold space for you. A space that feels alive, and a community where you can be the student and the teacher.
